Class description & goals:

This class includes some fun fused, raw edge applique with a “skitchy” free-style stitching, and adding coloured shading using Derwent Inktense pencils and water. During the class we would cover the applique Skitching (stitching) technique and also have a wonderful time playing with the Inktense pencils. A small piece of work would be achieved, maybe suitable for a cushion cover or to be bordered for some other setting at a later date.

This fun method of “skitchy” applique and shading using Inktense pencils (by Derwent) includes:
– fused raw edge machine applique
– colour shading using Inktense pencils and water

A pattern for the piece will be provided.
