I will show how any subject matter can be recreated in fabric, by using a series of exercises to simplify layout, and emphasise contrast.  The idea is not to replicate the subject, instead compose a unique layout using the tonal range of original photo. My work is all pieced, and I will teach how to break down a seemingly complicated map into doable parts. I will cover which order to stitch sections together, plus curves and any other tricky piecing methods.
