Kintsugi is the Japanese art of making something broken, beautiful again. In this Improv class you’ll deliberately freehand cut curves into your fabrics and stitch them back together with slithers of fabric. The techniques you’ll learn in this class include, freehand cutting with a rotary cutter, Improv piecing, cutting a circular pattern, creating a quilt plan, quilting, creating a facing and attaching your quilted design to your garment with bonus elbow patches.
