This class is suitable for any skill level. If you can trace and cut, this is a relaxing way to pass a day, while learning new techniques. 

Mariner’s compass star patterns are pre-prepared as the basis for creating these unique stars. Shapes are incorporated by combining smaller patterns to add interest. These stars are fun to make and always unique!

Direct application and raw edge sewing makes otherwise impossible shapes simple and effective.

Students should be able to complete a minimum of three stars during the class, and be confident of being able to use these patterns and techniques to prepare future projects.

Some machine quilting skills helpful but not required.
