This class instructs students on how to create a unique piece of art, ideal to brighten any space, and can make great gifts.  The varied methods learned may be usefully applied to other projects.  

Attendees have the option of choosing one of four patterns to create their special a pair of birds.

These bird scenes are made using raw edge appliqué techniques, followed by machine quilting.  The finished quiltlette is then mounted on canvas using a careful step by step method. This mounting method ensures a tidy and professional finish on those tricky corners.  

Detailed colored class notes are provided insuring class results can be replicated at home.  

‘Real tweets-canvas mounted’ is suitable for beginners with some previous machine quilting experience.
